Have the routines that create them take a pointer to a struct
packet_provider_data, store that in the tvbuff data, and use it to get
the wtap from which packets are being read.
While we're at it, don't include globals.h in any header files, and
include it in source files iff the source file actually uses cfile. Add
whatever includes that requires.

Ethernet addresses are only 6 bytes in size, reading it as a 64-bit
integer is invalid. Use unsigned 8-bit integers instead.
Caught by UBSAN and Address Sanitizer. Trigger via the Statistics menu
Resolved Addresses (Qt) or Show address resolution (GTK).

Model get_manuf_name after get_ether_name so that a string (either name resolved or colon-separated bytes) is always stored in a hash table. This will make name resolution of addresses perform a little better because it doesn't have to worry about the wmem_allocator.

Since this commit the IP (source and destination) address in the GUI will be
replaced with some date after I click on the entry, reverting this commit fixes
the problem.
This looks like a memory corruption. I imported an older pcap file.
