- Don't mark callback arg as _U_ if actually used (and vice-versa);
- Use Null as user_data in g_signal_callback if unused in callback;
- Use correct signature for certain event callbacks.

Consolidate some common code. Rename a bunch of variables. Remove some

Fix an offset flag bug in airpcap_loader.c.

WEP key preferences have been overloaded to allow WPA keys. The
decryption code currently uses Windows-specific data types, but can be
converted to use glib equivalents.
Add a few text and whitespace fixups.

in config.nmake. The code is currently limited to Windows, but should
be adaptable to other platforms.
