Do not assume first graph in the list, pick the first visible graph.
This (1) fixes the tracer which would otherwise show a marker at an
non-obvious position that is not located on the graph and (2) fixes the
GoToPacket action when clicking on the graph.

Note that calling setFilter with an empty string is pretty useless,
especially since the filter is initialized later, so remove it.
The choice for IOG_ITEM_UNIT_FIRST is quite arbitrary and needed because
setValueUnits reads the "old" (uninitialized) value.

Add GeometryStateDialog class to handle load and save dialog geometry.
The QDialog class name will be used as window name. For shared
classes the UAT name or the statistics title or abbr will be used.

The I/O Graph allows the user to choose from several different Y-axis units.
Three of the selectable Y-axis units unconditionally imply a per-second
time unit (/s) regardless of the actual I/O Graph Interval value selected.
In addition the Y-axis label includes the “/s” as a suffix regardless of the
current Interval value.
This patch removes "/s" suffix from the Y-axis pick-list units. This patch
also dynamically adds the selected Interval value to the Y-Axis label or
alternatively as the first line of the legend box that is displayed if the
various enabled graphs have differing Y-axis values. For readability the
pick-list values for sub-second Interval values are changed to 1 ms, 10 ms
and 100 ms from the original pick-list values of 0.001 sec, 0.01 sec and
0.1 sec respectively.
To support adding a “Title” to the legend, the QCustomPlot widget is
augmented with “Legend Title” source authored by “David” as posted at:

Note: This patch changes the valid Y-axis unit values stored within the
io_graphs preferences files. Any io_graphs files having entries with the
now obsolete Y-Axis values of “Packets/s”, “Bytes/s” or “Bits/s“ will be
silently upgraded to “Packets”, "Bytes" and "Bits" respectively when
saved.

QTreeWidget::removeItemWidget calls QAbstractItemView::setIndexWidget,
which deletes the current item widget. As a result we shouldn't try to
delete itemWidgets ourselves.
Add a note explaining why we use hand-crafted item widgets instead of a
custom item delegate.

every platform we support by inserting a ProgressFrame into a
QDialogButtonBox.

Combine the GTK+ RTP Stream Analysis and RTP Graph Analysis dialogs into
one. Yell at the user less. Disable the Analyze RTP Stream menu item if
we don't have an RTP stream selected.
There are a *lot* of moving parts in this dialog. I've tested with the
few RTP captures I have but it's by no means complete.
"To do" items are listed at the top of rtp_analysis.cpp.

Add the "View→Colorize Conversation" menu similar to the GTK+ UI. Add
the "Reset" item under the "Colorize Conversation" menu instead of the
top-level "View" menu. Make sure the "Reset" shortcut is Ctrl+Space even
on OS X. Normally Qt would convert it to Cmd+Space, but that's used by
Spotlight.
Add StockIcon::colorIcon and use it to create filled square icons.

Have dfilter_compile() take an additional gchar ** argument, pointing to
a gchar * item that, on error, gets set to point to a g_malloc()ed error
string. That removes one bit of global state from the display filter
parser, and doesn't impose a fixed limit on the error message strings.
Have fvalue_from_string() and fvalue_from_unparsed() take a gchar **
argument, pointer to a gchar * item, rather than an error-reporting
function, and set the gchar * item to point to a g_malloc()ed error
string on an error.
Allow either gchar ** argument to be null; if the argument is null, no
error message is allocated or provided.

Instead of always ignoring the return value, always check it, and only
report an error if it returns FALSE.
(Alternative: have it return NULL on success and a pointer to a
g_malloc()ed string on failure.)

Make the Sequence, IO Graph, Statistics Tree, and VoIP Calls dialogs
subclasses of WiresharkDialog.
Remove "Stats Tree" from Statistics Tree dialog titles. Don't complain
if the user opens more than one instance of the dialog.
Use the applicationName property in WiresharkApplication instead of a
separate variable.
Add a preexisting item to the IO Graph bug list (hovering when the file
is closed clears the graph).
