Functional improvements:
- "Time of day" option is now propagated to the CSV/YAML export.
- The sorting order is preserved in the CSV/YAML export.
Other changes:
- Convert column name identifiers to enum.
- CSV output will now always be quoted (previously numbers like packet
count were not quoted, but since CSV has no numeric type it should
be OK to add quotes). Side-effect of model design decision.
- Instead of clearing the widgets and re-adding all calls, now it will
add new calls to the model. Not tested with a live capture, if the
column data can change, maybe a dataChanged signal is needed.
Due to this patch, it should be easier to add a filter for finding calls
easier (e.g. by From, IP, etc.).
Note: extra QList is used in the model to ensure a O(1) lookup of calls
(rather than O(n) for GQueue).

- Prevent saving of invalid UAT entries (e.g. empty UATs).
- Do not close the dialog on pressing Enter/Escape while editing,

- Fix HTML injection in the error messages.
Improvements:
- Tab-navigation now works between fields.
- The field editor is now closed once the focus is lost.

- The error hint selection has become smarter (see comments in

- Properly recognizes PT_TXTMOD_HEXBYTES formats like "aa:bb"
(previously it would not expect the ":" and report a bad length).
A validator prevents invalid strings from being entered.
- The OK button is disabled when new/edited records are bad. Notably,
existing (possibly invalid) records are skipped. (Bug 7471).

Drag and drop reordering still needs to be implemented.

Note the "initial". This is woefully incomplete. See the "to do" lists
below and in the code.
This differs a bit from the GTK+ version in that you specify one or more
streams to be decoded.
Instead of showing waveforms in individual widgets, add them all to a
single QCustomPlot. This conserves screen real estate and lets us more
easily take advantage of the QCP API. It also looks better IMHO.
Change a bunch of checks for QtMultimediaWidgets to QtMultimedia. We
probably won't use the widgets until we make 5.0 our minimum Qt
version and plain old QtMultimedia lets us support Qt 4 more easily
(in theory at least).
Add resampling code from libspeex. I initially used this to resample
each packet to match the preferred rate of our output device, but this
resulted in poorer audio quality than expected. Leave it in and use to
create visual samples for QCP and to match rates any time the rate
changes. The latter is currently untested.
Add some debugging macros.
Note that both the RTP player and RTP analysis dialogs decode audio data
using different code.
Note that voip_calls_packet and voip_calls_init_tap appear to be dead
code.
To do:
- Add silence frames where needed.
- Implement the jitter buffer.
- Implement the playback timing controls.
- Tapping / scanning streams might be too slow.

The new icons are patterned after the existing capture icons. They could
probably benefit from some adjustments here and there.
Start moving toward icon names and a directory layout compliant with
freedesktop.org's Icon Naming Specification and Icon Theme
Specification. We aren't fully compliant and might never be but anyone
with exposure to FDO icon themes should at least know where everything
is.
Make Capture Start (x-capture-start) the first icon in the toolbar.
Define the Colorize Packets, Auto Scroll, and zoom icons even though the
Qt UI doesn't use them yet.
Leave the Capture Filter, Display Filter, Coloring Rules, Preferences,
and Help icons off for now. The GTK+ toolbar is overly cluttered and I'm
not sure they're necessary.
Try not to break ui/gtk/toolbar_icons.h.
Remove welcome.qrc. I initially added it in case we needed to overlay
the welcome screen with translucent .pngs but that never happened.
To do:
- Move the old GTK+ icons to their own directory.
- Find a better name for the "toolbar" directory. "stock"?
- Make the toolbar configurable.

It looks like moving to Qt 5.3 (g978faf3) broke the PortableApps
package. It's likely even more broken now.
Autotools out-of-tree builds also broke on Ubuntu 12.02 (automake
1.11.3) at some point. The first attempt to compile in ui/qt returns
"error: source_file.cpp: No such file or directory". The second attempt
works. Out-of-tree builds work fine on Ubuntu 14.04 (automake 1.14.1).

- CMake builds (Windows, OS X)
- Autotools build and distcheck
- RPM packaging

Move common conversation code to ui/conversation_hash.[ch]. Add a
conversation_type_e enum along with convenience functions for fetching
titles, tap names, etc.
We have a single main dialog instead of a main dialog + individual
protocol dialogs. It de-clutters the statistics menu and results in
simpler code. Conversation type tabs can be added and removed within the
dialog itself. The tab list is sticky and saved with the current profile
when the dialog closes. Data can be copied as CSV or YAML.
Add a FilterAction class and a corresponding filterAction slot to
MainWindow. Use it for the Conversations context menu.
Add an addressResolutionChanged signal and related plumbing.
Get rid of the iterator members in the conversation item struct. Update
the GTK+ code accordingly.

For each graph you can set:
- Its visibility
- A name
- A display filter
- Color, from a fixed list
- Plot style: Line, Impulse, Bar, Stacked Bar, Dot, Square, Diamond
- Basic Y Axes (packets/s, bytes/s, bits/s)
- Computed Y Axes (SUM, MIN, AVG, MAX)
- Smoothing
You can pan and zoom using the mouse and keyboard. Clicking on a graph
selects the last packet for that interval. If all graphs have the same Y
axis a single label is shown, otherwise a legend is shown.
The time scale (X axis) can be toggled between relative seconds and the
time of day.
Graphs can be saved as PDF, PNG, BMP, and JPEG. Settings are "sticky"
via the io_graphs UAT.
To do:
- Minimize graph drawing delays.
- Figure out why smoothing differs from GTK+
- Everything else at the top of io_graph_dialog.cpp
- Fix empty resets.
A fair amount of code was copied from TCPStreamDialog. We might want to
subclass QCustomPlot and place the shared code there.
Move common syntax checking to SyntaxLineEdit.
Move some common code from ui/gtk/io_stat.c to ui/io_graph_item.[ch] and
use it in both GTK+ and Qt.
Make the io_graph_item_t array allocation in io_stat.c static. The
behavior should be identical and this gives us additional compile-time
checks.

Add menu items for each corresponding item in gtk/main_menubar.c that
calls gtk_stats_tree_cb(). Hopefully that's everything. Note that we use
quite a bit less code than the GTK+ flavor and why we might not want to
do that. Change a few things in ui/qt/CMakeLists.txt to more closely
match the GTK+ version. Add plumbing for tap registrations in
CMakeLists.txt and Makefile.am. Add the ability to copy text as CSV or
YAML.

Add the packet number to the C array dump. Note that dumping to YAML
