Allow the DIR ("direction") AVP to be of variable length
(in the absence of any documentation for this protocol).

The redback lawful intercept format is a moving target - redback tends to add
more AVPs in newer software versions. Here is an update which covers the
"direction" avp and the "accounting session id".
