This header was installed incorrectly to epan/wmem_scopes.h.
Instead of creating additional installation rules for a single
header in a subfolder (kept for backward compatibility) just
rename the standard "epan/wmem/wmem.h" include to
"epan/wmem_scopes.h" and fix the documentation.
Now the header is installed *correctly* to epan/wmem_scopes.h.
The following parameters of register_srt_table(const int proto_id, const char *tap_listener, int max_tables, tap_packet_cb srt_packet_func, srt_init_cb init_cb, srt_param_handler_cb param_cb) are not documented:
parameter 'max_tables'
The following parameters of init_srt_table(const char *name, const char *short_name, GArray *srt_array, int num_procs, const char *proc_column_name, const char *filter_string, srt_gui_init_cb gui_callback, void *gui_data, void *table_specific_data) are not documented:
parameter 'table_specific_data'

Add ServiceResponseTimeDialog as a subclass of TapParameterDialog,
similar to StatsTreeDialog. Add initial plumbing for statistics menu
items and command line invocation.
Don't append "..." to menu item names. Don't add menu icons. In each
case this avoids repetitive UI clutter.

Create "common" SRT tap data collection intended for all GUIs. Refactor/merge functionality of existing dissectors that have SRT support (AFP, DCERPC, Diameter, FC, GTP, LDAP, NCP, RPC, SCIS, SMB, and SMB2) for both TShark and GTK.
SMB and DCERPC "tap packet filtering" were different between TShark and GTK, so I went with GTK filter logic.
CAMEL "tap packet filtering" was different between TShark and GTK, so GTK filtering logic was pushed to the dissector and the TShark tap was left alone.
