I didn't realize how expansive this change would be, so committing it now before replacing the pinfo->private_data, so if something needs to be reverted, all of this is not lost.

Fix 2 minor bugs wherein subtree not displayed in packet-details
because tree variable used in proto_tree_add_text() always NULL.

(2) Duplicate 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
(3) Empty ("") 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
