Don't return a value from "dissect_h4501()" - the value isn't used, and
"dissect_h4501()" is registered with "register_dissector()", so it's not
supposed to return a value.

Clean up indentation.
If we dissect an octet string and then re-dissect it as a particular
type of data, don't use the end offset from the re-dissection as the
offset of the end of the octet string - just use the result of
"dissect_per_octet_string()".
