Guy Harris 20800366dd HTTPS (almost) everywhere. 
Change all wireshark.org URLs to use https.

Fix some broken links while we're at it.

Guy Harris 8b9dfbaba9 The CRC8 routines don't modify the buffer; make the pointers to it const. 
This lets us get rid of some casts that provoke "drops const qualifier"
warnings.
