Changes:
- rtpstream_packet renamed to rtpstream_packet_cb to follow *_cb pattern
- variables/types used in iax2_analysis_dialog were created as copy of *rtp* ones, but names were left as *rtp* -> *iax2*
- struct _rtp_stream_info replaced with rtp_stream_info_t
- there was tap-rtp-analysis.h, but no tap-rtp-analysis.c - related content was moved from tap-rtp-common.c
- *rtp_stream* functions renamed to *rtpstream*
- renamed rtp_stream_info_t to rtpstream_info_t to follow *rtpstream* pattern.
- renamed ui/rtp_stream.c rtpstream_draw -> rtpstream_draw_cb

Add a WiresharkFileDialog class, which is a thin wrapper around a few
QFileDialog functions that sets per-monitor v2 DPI awareness before
showing native dialogs and resets the awareness context afterward.
Use it where we call QFileDialog::getXXX.

They both have the value 10, but the checks are run against methods
that return a QVariant::Type, then is formally more correct to use
that. This also removes the need for a cast.

Calling QPushButton.setMenu and QMenu.addMenu does not transfer ownership
of the menu. Fix some leaks by letting "receiving" object act parent
for the menu object.

- RTP analysis and player dialogs are modal whereas they were not modal in GTK
UI
Only fixed calling up the RTP analysis window being modal when called from the
RTP streams dialog as it is modeless when called from the menu in the main
window with a stream packet selected.
- Action 'Next problem packet' triggers an infinite loop when there are no
'problem packets' and first packet is selected when calling the action.
- Crosshairs not implemented in RTP player/crosshairs context menu item not
working.
Context menu item commented out.

Add GeometryStateDialog class to handle load and save dialog geometry.
The QDialog class name will be used as window name. For shared
classes the UAT name or the statistics title or abbr will be used.

The data that describes RTP streams become invalid when packets are
re-dissected. This results in a crash in GTK when the "RTP Analyse"
option is used and and a crash in Qt when the display filter is changed
while the RTP Streams dialog is open.
Fix this by adding a tap_reset callback (modelled after mcaststream) to
the RTP tap listener that allows the GTK+ and Qt dialogs to clear the
displayed list of RTP streams.

Combine the GTK+ RTP Stream Analysis and RTP Graph Analysis dialogs into
one. Yell at the user less. Disable the Analyze RTP Stream menu item if
we don't have an RTP stream selected.
There are a *lot* of moving parts in this dialog. I've tested with the
few RTP captures I have but it's by no means complete.
"To do" items are listed at the top of rtp_analysis.cpp.

The official C++ way is to leave out the variable name instead. This has the
advantage to be reliable: In one case a variable declared unused was later
used.

The tap listener was handling rtpstream_tapinfo_t* types while other
users was expecting a GList* instead. Fix this and avoid future
confusion by replacing void* pointers.
