Guy Harris	1dd2e0e8f4	DIS packets must be at least 12 bytes long. DIS uses port 3000, by ... default, but the Cisco Redundant Link Management protocol can also use that port; RLM packets are 8 bytes long, so we use this to distinguish between them. svn path=/trunk/; revision=14950	2005-07-18 09:55:54 +00:00
