Michael Mann c0fcebb07a Add a data parameter to call_ber_oid_callback to be able to pass data to subdissectors found with dissector_try_string_new. 
The intention is to aid in the removal of pinfo->private_data use as well as static global variables in a dissector.  For now, all calls to call_ber_oid_callback have the data parameter set to NULL.

Jeff Morriss a0c858efcd Add a little more code to avoid not-very-useful blurbs: 
- Change spaces in the name to underscores before comparing it to the blurb.
  - Check if the type simply as T_ prepended to the name.
  - Don't put in a blurb of "NULL".

and regenerate the dissectors.

(1) Trailing/leading spaces are removed from 'name's/'blurb's
(2) Duplicate 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
(3) Empty ("") 'blurb's are replaced with NULL
(4) BASE_NONE, NULL, 0x0 are used for 'display', 'strings' and 'bitmask' fields
    for FT_NONE, FT_BYTES, FT_IPv4, FT_IPv6, FT_ABSOLUTE_TIME, FT_RELATIVE_TIME,
    FT_PROTOCOL, FT_STRING and FT_STRINGZ field types
(5) Only allow non-zero value for 'display' if 'bitmask' is non-zero

Ronnie Sahlberg 3a51ba4293 make dissect_ber_choice take a guint* that will return the 
index of the branch taken or -1  to make prettifications easier to implement.


change the signature of dissect_ber_choice and rename it to dissect_ber_CHOICE to catch all
occurences of the use of this function

update asn2eth to use the new name/signature

update all occurences of this function to the new name and new signature.

Ronnie Sahlberg 8afae320de update of the asn2eth compiler to use the types ber_[choice|sequence]_t instead of ber_[choice|sequence] 
regenerated all dissectors


fixed the choice/sequence struct to use unsigned entities for class and tag
(to reduce some compiler warning and because it should be signed quantities)
