ALP: add decoders for Link Mapping Table (LMT) and Sony header extensions
LMT decoder is implemented according to A/330:2022-03. .pcap sample: https://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures#alp-protocol Sony header extensions are not documented publicly, but implemented in libatsc3.
