At least with KDE 3.0, it appears that the icon color (high vs. low) and
size are specified by the directory in which the icon resides, so you have to just have "ethereal.png" be the icon in the "icons/hicolor/{16x16,32x32,48x48}" directory. svn path=/trunk/; revision=9953
