Finish converting the Developer's Guide to AsciiDoc. Add developer-guide-docinfo.xml, which lets us carry over DocBook front matter. Remove the meta_info chapter. Most of its contents are now in developer-guide-docinfo.xml. Add a DocBook revision history based on hints from the Git/SVN/CVS revision history. Comment out or note makefile content that's no longer necessary for converting the Developer's Guide but will be useful for converting the User's Guide. Fix building the release notes with CMake. Other minor changes. Tested with Autotools, nmake, and CMake. Documentation: Add version to Guides Previously, before the AsciiDoc conversion, the Users' and Developers' Guide used to carry version information on the title page. This seems to have been dropped, for reasons unknown to me. At least AsciiDoctor allows to add a subtitle, so the wireshark-version attribute can be expanded into it. WSDG: Miscellaneous updates and fixes. Update the Windows CRT text to mention the Universal CRT. Replace references to WinPcap with Npcap. Update the Qt LTS text. Add a WiX / .msi section Use curly quotes. Use the {cpp} attribute so that the "++" in "C++" doesn't trigger monospace formatting. Make the various "Unix" and "Windows" subsection title names uniform. Give them the "discrete" attribute so that they don't clutter up the TOC. Title-case section titles. Remove the reference to m4. As far as I can tell we don't require it. Docbook: Reorganize our guide directories Move the top-level user-guide.adoc and developer-guide.adoc to their respective source directores. This is in preparation for a future toolchain revamp. Move the wsug_graphics directory to wsug_src/images and wsdg_graphics directory to wsdg_src/images. Copy common_graphics/* to the each images directory and remove common_graphics. We only have five admonition graphics; duplicating them lets us remove some build config overhead. Rename wsluarm.adoc to wsdg_src/wsdg_lua_support.adoc. Remove a dummy file. Tested visually and by enabling `--failure-level=WARN`.

Finish converting the Developer's Guide to AsciiDoc. Add developer-guide-docinfo.xml, which lets us carry over DocBook front matter. Remove the meta_info chapter. Most of its contents are now in developer-guide-docinfo.xml. Add a DocBook revision history based on hints from the Git/SVN/CVS revision history. Comment out or note makefile content that's no longer necessary for converting the Developer's Guide but will be useful for converting the User's Guide. Fix building the release notes with CMake. Other minor changes. Tested with Autotools, nmake, and CMake. Start porting our test scripts to Python. Add ctest support. Create Python versions of our various test shell scripts. Add CMake tests for each suite. WSDG: Migrate the asn2wrs content from the wiki. Asn2wrs generates quite a bit of our dissector code, so convert some of our asn2wrs wiki pages to a WSDG chapter.
