stevie fa75c57851 Add msgq to op25_decoder_ff to permit passing of snapshots to UI. ... Change swabbing to use a bit decoding map, make argument types template parameters (so bvec/bit_vector can be interchanged). Use a bit_queue (deque<bool>) for the frame buffer, pass this to all data_unit constructors. Add plumbing to send snapshot to the UI. New voice_data_unit as result of re-factoring LDU1/LDU2.
