Harald Welte 3b3b534da8 update to sualibrary-0.1.4 released 2003-10-15 
* In addition to 1.3 Contains :
    * SSNM support(DAUD, DAVA, DUNA).
    * improved ASP management support.
    * test user can initiate certain ASP and SSNM proecdures.
    * Correct some bugs
    * Compiles and runs on Linux, FreeBSD, Max OS X ....
    * Tested on IPv4 and IPV6 networks
    * interoperable with other SUA implementations
    * corresponds to sua draft v15
    * requires SCTP implementation sctplib-1.0.0-pre19 from www.sctp.de
