initial checkin of ESP8266 based PID controller for chocolate tempering

Based off Justin Richards' EasyCook design described at

Main changes:
* do an actual PCB layout
* add an on-board AC/DC converter for powering the ESP
* use a "snubberless" BAT16BW
* ability to connect multiple temperature sensors
