1067d320fa contrib/jenkins: use rsync --copy-links for latest 
Don't upload symlinks that point to files that aren't there. Upload the
files they should point to instead.
c7e08bbd11 contrib/jenkins: skip upload if nothing new 
Add the same behavior as in osmo-ccid-firmware
