Tido Klaassen aad8d06c3f make: rename CFLAGS in target Makefiles to TGT_CFLAGS ... Renamed every instance of variable CFLAGS in target specific Makefiles to TGT_CFLAGS to free up CFLAGS for user defined compiler flags.
