Raghavendra K T e335e3eb82 locking/kconfig: Simplify INLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK usage ... Get rid of INLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK entirely replacing it with UNINLINE_SPIN_UNLOCK instead of the reverse meaning.
