Janusz Krzysztofik 6560ee07dc ARM: OMAP1: recalculate loops per jiffy after dpll1 reprogram 
Otherwise timing is inaccurate, resulting in devices which depend on it,
like omap-keypad, broken.

Tested on Amstrad Delta.
