946d4935fc [ARM] 3260/1: remove phys_ram from struct machine_desc (part 2)

This field is redundent since it must be equal to PHYS_OFFSET anyway.

Now that no code uses it anymore, mark it deprecated and remove all
initializations from the tree.

50f4c001bc [ARM] 3042/1: AAED-2000 - LCD panel informations

The AAED-2000 is equiped with an 640x480 LCD.
This adds the parameters that will be passed to the AAEC-2000 platform code.

038c5b6025 [PATCH] ARM: 2686/2: AAEC-2000 Core support
Patch from Bellido Nicolas

Core support for AAEC-2000 based platforms.
This is an updated version of the previous patch, and takes
into account Russell's comments.
AAED-2000 default configuration will follow as soon
as some problems with the bootloader are sorted out...
