Pavel Machek e79753edf8 Staging: dream: add missing include files 
Add missing files/includes neccessary for Dream compilation. Mark
flash support as broken -- it is not present on released Dream, anyway.

Iliyan Malchev caff4caead Staging: HTC Dream: add qdsp support 
QDSP code is neccessarry for communication with some hardware
components on HTC Dream, including camera hardware. It also drives DSP
coproccessor.
