1f0ef4ef60 [IA64] Remove sparse warning from unwind code 
Running ia64 through sparse gives warnings in the unwind code.

  include/asm-ia64/unwind.h:84:17: error: dubious bitfield without explicit `signed' or `unsigned'

Make the bitfield explicitly unsigned.

49a28cc8fd [IA64] MCA/INIT: remove obsolete unwind code 
Delete the special case unwind code that was only used by the old
MCA/INIT handler.

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2 
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
