Fix broken IRQ autoprobing in 3c503 driver:
- improper IRQ freeing (does not free IRQs causes WARN)
- missing break when an working IRQ is found
The driver works with this patch.

This patch removes from drivers/net/ all the unnecessary
return; statements that precede the last closing brace of
void functions.
It does not remove the returns that are immediately
preceded by a label as gcc doesn't like that.
It also does not remove null void functions with return.
Done via:
$ grep -rP --include=*.[ch] -l "return;\n}" net/ | \
xargs perl -i -e 'local $/ ; while (<>) { s/\n[ \t\n]+return;\n}/\n}/g; print; }'
with some cleanups by hand.
Compile tested x86 allmodconfig only.

The driver attempts to select an IRQ for the NIC automatically by
testing which of the supported IRQs are available and then probing
each available IRQ with probe_irq_{on,off}(). There are obvious race
conditions here, besides which:
1. The test for availability is done by passing a NULL handler, which
now always returns -EINVAL, thus the device cannot be opened:
<http://bugs.debian.org/566522>
2. probe_irq_off() will report only the first ISA IRQ handled,
potentially leading to a false negative.
There was another bug that meant it ignored all error codes from
request_irq() except -EBUSY, so it would 'succeed' despite this
(possibly causing conflicts with other ISA devices). This was fixed
by ab08999d60 'WARNING: some
request_irq() failures ignored in el2_open()', which exposed bug 1.
This patch:
1. Replaces the use of probe_irq_{on,off}() with a real interrupt handler
2. Adds a delay before checking the interrupt-seen flag
3. Disables interrupts on all failure paths
4. Distinguishes error codes from the second request_irq() call,
consistently with the first
Compile-tested only.

This converts pretty much everything to print_mac. There were
a few things that had conflicts which I have just dropped for
now, no harm done.
I've built an allyesconfig with this and looked at the files
that weren't built very carefully, but it's a huge patch.

Only a few ISA controllers need the pausing version of the 8390 core
while PCMCIA, later ISA and PCI do not. More importantly the ISA delays
can break non ISA boxes so we must use a different build of 8390.c for
the two sets of controllers.
No changes since last time as all the points of concerns raised proved to
be invalid

It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to
remove it. The number of people that could object because they're
maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.

On all targets that sucker boils down to memcpy_fromio(sbk->data, from, len).
The function name is highly misguiding (it _never_ does any checksums), the
last argument is just a noise and simply expanding the call to memcpy_fromio()
gives shorter and more readable source. For a lot of reasons it has almost
no remaining users, so it's better to just outright kill it.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
