9b4b8feb96 [POWERPC] Add memchr() to the bootwrapper 
This adds a memchr() implementation to the bootwrapper, which will
be needed when libfdt is merged in.

0ae0b54565 [POWERPC] Move bootwrapper's strchr() and strncmp() from .h to string.S 
Currently the bootwrapper has implementations of strchr() and
strncmp(), but they're inlines in flatdevtree_env.h, rather than in
string.S with all the rest of the string functions.  This moves
them to string.S.

94b212c29f powerpc: Move ppc64 boot wrapper code over to arch/powerpc 
This also extends the code to handle 32-bit ELF vmlinux files as well
as 64-bit ones.  This is sufficient for booting on new-world 32-bit
powermacs (i.e. all recent machines).
