This patch adds support for db8500 chip version 2.
The TCDM memory address of the PRCMU is changed and
dynamic detection of that is added.

Add an initial driver for communicating with the Power, Reset and
Clock Management Unit (PRCMU) firmware in U8500.
This initial version supports AB8500 communication only.
