b8ec61189f watchdog: convert drivers/watchdog/* to use module_platform_driver() 
This patch converts the drivers in drivers/watchdog/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

742e4b6308 watchdog: jz4740_wdt - fix magic character checking 
When writing to /dev/watchdog all characters should be checked
for the magic character 'V'.
