[PATCH] ahci: enable prefetching for PACKET commands

Browse source 
Turn on AHCI_CMD_PREFETCH for PACKET commands.  This hints the
controller that it can prefetch the CDB and the PRD entries.  This
patch is originally from Jeff Garzik.
