[PATCH] atyfb: Fix section warnings

Fix the following warning:

WARNING: drivers/video/aty/atyfb.o - Section mismatch: reference to
.init.text:aty_init_cursor from .text between 'aty_init' (at offset 0x241d)
and 'atyfb_blank'
