thinkpad-acpi: SW_RADIO to SW_RFKILL_ALL rename

Rename SW_RADIO to SW_RFKILL_ALL in thinkpad-acpi code and docs, following
5adad01339 "Input: rename SW_RADIO to
SW_RFKILL_ALL".
