CRIS v10: Update and fix bug in kernel/debugport.

- Move local_irq_save to after possible return in console_write_direct.
- Remove old raw_printk hack, not needed anymore.
- Add watchdog handling.
- Make serial_driver use depend on CONFIG_ETRAX_SERIAL.
- Remove useless CVS log.
