Pau Espin d0fd37c449 Move call to bts_set_current_frame_number() earlier in the code path ... The FN time counter is not really PDCH specific, but to the whole BTS, and all other calls t the bts_set_current_frame_number() are already laced in pcu_l1_if.cpp; move it there.
