Oliver Smith	6dbdf1454d	osmoappdesc.py, tests: switch to python 3 ... Make build and external tests work with python3, so we can drop the python2 dependency. This should be merged shortly after osmo-python-tests was migrated to python3, and the jenkins build slaves were (automatically) updated to have the new osmo-python-tests installed. Neels Hofmeyr	e3033b3f48	python tests: use py shebang instead of $(PYTHON) ... I'm going to make the external tests manually launchable. For that I first had an error message if $(PYTHON) was empty. Neels Hofmeyr	29b9206e80	move openbsc/* to repos root ... This is the first step in creating this repository from the legacy openbsc.git. Like all other Osmocom repositories, keep the autoconf and automake files in the repository root. openbsc.git has been the sole exception, which ends now.
