Move example/ and ttcn3/ to sysmocom/ and sysmocom/ttcn3
...
This content is mostly specific to sysmocom's setup (thought it can
still be re-used by other people if willing to).
symlinks in ttcn3/ pointing to example/ are redone to point to
sysmocom/.
