tx_power_test: Disable using color in log output

It's really not used and only adds unneeded variabilities to output.

This patch is a cherry-pick from master's
7bda77928c, which allows last release of
osmo-bts to work with fixed libosmocore (libosmocore.git
Ie38cc639d7f4acd908f357e5bfb3ced07147583e).
