Oliver Smith	e1f0844afb	debian, osmoappdesc.py, tests: switch to python 3 ... Make build and external tests work with python3, so we can drop the python2 dependency. This should be merged shortly after osmo-python-tests was migrated to python3, and the jenkins build slaves were (automatically) updated to have the new osmo-python-tests installed. Neels Hofmeyr	becfc4cb1b	move to osmo-mgw.git: osmo-bsc_mgcp and libmgcp as libosmo-legacy-mgcp ... Rewire build and includes to libosmo-legacy-mgcp. Drop osmo-bsc_mgcp and related python tests, now found in osmo-mgw.git. libosmo-legacy-mgcp is installed from osmo-mgw, hence add the dependency to jenkins.sh (so far using the pre_release branch). Neels Hofmeyr	218e4b4aa0	move openbsc/* to repos root ... This is the first step in creating this repository from the legacy openbsc.git. Like all other Osmocom repositories, keep the autoconf and automake files in the repository root. openbsc.git has been the sole exception, which ends now.
