bladeRF: RXVGA2 range is [0, 30]
While the RXVGA2 gain can technically go up to 60 dB, the LMS6002D datasheet recommends it be clamped to 30dB. libbladeRF clamps to a max of 30dB, so there's no use in setting max to 60 dB here.
